Overall market activity resulted from trading in 15 securities of which three advanced, five declined and seven traded firm.

Trading activity on the First Tier Market registered a volume of 726,319 shares crossing the floor of the Exchange valued at $5,822,605.84. GraceKennedy Limited was the volume leader with 329,493 shares changing hands for a value of $1,021,428.30, followed by Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited with a volume of 226,240 shares being traded for $1,765,672. NCB Financial Group Limited contributed 105,440 shares with a value of $553,770, while First Caribbean International Bank Limited added 38,288 shares valued at $340,761.29.

Prestige Holdings Limited registered the day’s largest gain, increasing $0.14 to end the day at $10.15. Conversely, NCB Financial Group Limited registered the day’s largest decline, falling $0.25 to close at $5.25.

Clico Investment Fund was the only active security on the Mutual Fund Market, posting a volume of 26,073 shares valued at $526,524.60. It advanced by $0.08 to end at $20.19.

In Monday’s trading session the following reflect the movement of the TTSE Indices:

• The Composite Index declined by 6.68 points (0.54 per cent) to close at 1,231.91.
• The All T&T Index declined by 0.58 points (0.03 per cent) to close at 1,714.65.

• The Cross Listed Index declined by 1.77 points (1.73 per cent) to close at 100.72.
