Paramin heats up 51°

The hills of Paramin descended on the 51º nightclub, where it again hosted its annual Paramin Experience Wildmeat & Free Drinks Lime on Friday evening. Patrons were treated to a premium bar and the best of local meats, created by Earlele’s Cuisine Caters. Among the many dishes being served were wild meats, which included, deer, agouti, wild hog, and favourites, geera duck and chicken, served with provision, dumplings, and a spicy callaloo.

Many guests were high in praise of the caterers which was headed by Sophie Joseph. “All foods are prepared by my mother, who has great respect for local flavours,” Joseph said. Local entertainment was provided by house DJs, and special guest, Baron, who had patrons dancing to his hits throughout his performance, and set a vibe that kept partygoers engaged throughout the night.
