Victoria’s & D’Good Men Crew promoters Rawle Purcelle and Ingrid De Freitas, right, enjoy a laugh with friends.

It was a glorious Saturday when Yorke Inc hosted its annual Easter Classical Treat at La Joya poolside, St Joseph, last weekend. Entitled Classics of the 20th Century, the event is considered by many as the premium event in the east for the Easter weekend.

Patrons were treated to hit after hit of their favourite music of the 70s, 80s and 90s by the DJs—CG & Dr Ross (the Musical Surgeon), Richard Simply Smooth, King Int’l and the Hitman Howie T—masters of the art in ole-school music over the years. They played music from the last three decades of the 20th century, featured a variety of reggae, rhythm and blues, soca, disco and soul.
