When will highway extension begin?

As one of the hundreds of people who travel on a daily basis into Diego Martin, I would like the Minister of Works to let the people of Diego Martin and Petit Valley know when the works for the extension of the highway from Victoria Gardens into Diego Martin would begin. I sent an e-mail to the minister last year asking the same question but never got a response.
