No support for SRPs from Sandy, Ramesar

Who will speak up for Special Reserve Police who are suffering? Don’t expect Sgt Anand Ramesar of the Police Second Division. He’s too busy—and SRPs are not important. Don’t expect John Sandy, Minister of National Security. He’s busy looking for the daddies of at-risk youths. It’s over a year SRPs have not been paid salaries, because of a legal tangle. And no one is saying if these silent sufferers will be absorbed into the Police Service. I say if they are good to serve they are good to be regular cops.
