East pan prelims play off in Arima Monday

A total of 14 small and nine medium bands in the east region will compete in the National Panorama preliminaries at the car park of the Larry Gomes Stadium, Malabar, Arima, on Monday, begining at 7 pm.
In the line-up is last year’s small band category winner, Arima Golden Symphony.

Playing at position four, the band under the baton of Terrence BJ Marcelle has selected In She Rainorama, composed and sung by De Original DeFosto Himself. The eastern region bands bring down the curtain after four consecutive days of steelpan competitions and 28 bands from these categories will join the 16 large bands for the National Panorama semifinals on February 20 at the “new look Savannah.”
