Baby burnt with hot water
Police are investigating how a four-month-old baby was burnt with hot water at a day care centre in Point Fortin, Little Alliyah Ojis sustained first degree burns above the left knee. The baby’s parents reported to police that on March 20 they left the child in the care of the centre.
Hours later the parents were called to the centre. When the father got there he saw the burn on his baby girl’s thigh. The parents were told, according to the report, the child was burnt accidentally with hot water while she was being prepared for a bath. WPC Quash is investigating.
