Cubic Capacity among seven for Saturday’s feature

Seven horses are set to face the starter in Saturday’s feature event over 1,750 metres, on the rescheduled Day 26 of the Arima Race Club’s (ARC) racing season. The feature $49,500 purse event will see three-year-olds, Cubic Capacity from the Glenn Mendez Stable and the John O’Brien trained Guineas winner, Grand Riviere squaring off on the main track. Cubic Capacity has won two of his last three starts impressively, while  Grand Riviere seems to be coming back to form, with a great gallop last week. Cubic Capacity will be ridden by Ricky Jadoo while Brian Harding renews his acquaintance with Grand Riviere. A total of 70 horses are entered.  Post time is 1.25pm.
