Ban playing of music on beaches

I wish to add my support to the complaint regarding noise and loud music on our beaches. It is simply not possible to enjoy a peaceful Sunday anymore and we have to think about where we can take our children without the loud aggressive sounds coming from just a few cars and vans. When Maracas became unbearable I went to Yarra Bay. When that became impossible because of a young man with a van and loudspeakers, I took my family to Blanchisseuse. That is also now useless for a family day because every Sunday some joker shows up with a music set that makes it impossible for us to hear ourselves speak. I am calling on the Minister of Tourism to ban the playing of music on all of our beaches. It is simply not right to spoil the one peaceful day of the week that we have with our family. I hope that the minister will understand the seriousness of this situation.
